Cyndi Hayes Transaction Coordinator

I have worked as an educator for over 20 years and loved every moment, whether it be in the public school classroom, homeschooling my own children, or working at various online charter schools.  Working with young children to encourage them to be life-long learners has been a tremendous blessing and taught me patience, communication, and the importance of truly listening to people’s needs-skills that can translate into real estate.  I love supporting others and keeping things organized.  As my daughters graduate highschool and my homeschooling career is coming to an end, I was honored to be asked to join a team alongside my husband and great men from my church to serve as their transaction coordinator.  Working in education has taught me attention to detail, time management, and clear communication.  I work behind the scenes to be sure every step of the transaction runs smoothly so the agents can focus on their clients and the buyers/sellers can have peace of mind.  Although I have left the classroom, my passion to help, support, and cheer others on has not left, just taken on a new form.  Aside from transaction coordinating I enjoy time spent with my family camping, floating the Boise River, and cuddling with our dog, Bonnie.
