01 Meet and Greet

First, a brief or lengthy discussion to find out why you want a home in the first place. This is when we find out your “Why” and put a plan in place to accomplish it. After this, the next step will be meeting with a lender to get a pre-approval.

02 The Hunt

Finalizing your criteria and setting up a home search so that you can be confident no home was missed. This is where we begin touring properties and finding out what is a want vs. a need.

03 Pending

Once your offer is accepted, we go to work. Our team stays on top of every step — inspections, appraisals, deadlines, and docs — all the way to closing. You’re not doing this alone, and we’ll keep it moving the whole way.

04 “That Was Easy”

Now that we’re at the closing table, this is where we sign our final papers, and you get to move in! Even after this step, I am involved and available for questions and help.
