01 Meet and Greet
First, we will meet at your home so I can present a detailed look into your market and what your home will sell for. During this time, we can tour the home and speak about your goals to make sure that listing the home is the best thing for you.
02 The Work
Selling a home is lots of work. But don’t worry, that is where we come in. From staging options, vendor recommendations for repairs, and even having me mow your lawn, we’ve got a plan in place to get your home listed!
03 Under Contract
Accepted! Now that we’ve gone under contract on your home, it’s my job to keep it that way. I take responsibility for the work of the buy side too and will be watching them to make sure no balls get dropped. This is when we can start looking at new properties if it lines up with your goals.
04 “That Was Easy”
After signing the largest stack of papers ever, you’ve funded and recorded — congratulations on selling your home! You did it, and it’s time for your next adventure. We will be here for any questions you have down the road and to earn your business again and again.
